1. Data controller

2. What data we process
We only process data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, message and commission details if you fill in the contact form; or your email if you write to us directly, and your phone number if you contact us via WhatsApp. We do not operate our own database or additional servers.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and manage commissions. If you tick the corresponding option on the form, we may also send you discounts and special offers by email or WhatsApp. We do not create commercial profiles or make automated decisions.
4. Legal basis
Processing your request is based on pre-contractual measures or your consent when contacting us (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). Commercial offers are only sent if you have given explicit consent via the form checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Where data is stored
Contact form data is sent by email via Resend (Cloudflare Pages) and received in the Gmail inbox (Google). If you contact us via WhatsApp, data stays in the WhatsApp app (Meta). We do not operate our own database or additional servers.
6. Retention period
We will keep data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or commission and, afterwards, for the period required by legal obligations or until you request deletion. If you agreed to receive offers, we will keep them until you withdraw consent or ask us to stop sending them.
7. Recipients and processors
We do not share data with third parties for their own purposes. Only providers needed to deliver the service may access it: Resend and Cloudflare (form delivery), Google (Gmail) and Meta (WhatsApp), as processors under their own terms. Data is not sold to third parties.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to dibuixantpenedes@gmail.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and verifying your identity if required. You may also withdraw consent for commercial communications at any time via the same channel. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your request properly.
9. Local storage and cookies
This site uses browser local storage to remember the selected language. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
